Building investment opportunities

We believe in providing our clients with options.  We search for these options throughout New Zealand and the rest of the world.  We then carefully package these options to ensure that they are easy to understand and perfectly solve our clients issues. 

Cash investments

Many of our clients have their money parked in one of New Zealand's larger commercial banks earning good interest rates on longer term loans.  These banks represent a very secure option for many.

There are however a number of alternatives to leaving your money in the banks.  Several reputable and strong finance companies offer excellent returns on secured term deposits which give better return on investment.

In addition all our clients who currently reside outside of New Zealand should ensure that their New Zealand has either non-resident withholding tax or approved issuer levy tax deducted (depending on your circumstances) - this will greatly reduce your tax bill and allow your funds to grow faster.

Securities in private companies

We see a consistent flow of opportunities to buy equity in smaller growth businesses.  While we do not run a private equity fund we are more than willing to put experienced investors into direct contact with these companies.

Registered future fund investments

A more risky investment but the company that we are looking at are prepared to take fees until you get a 20% a year return - wow!  We attended their presentation and liked what we saw.  Contact us if you want to find out more.
